Al Smith, Korean War Air Force Veteran, beloved husband of Helene nee Sebonia, loving father of Cynthia (Bob) Mokos, Bob (Maria), Linda (Tom) McKeague and Amy (Phil) Switalski. Devoted grandfather of Scott, Michelle, Molly, Mindy, Adam, Kaitlin, Becky, Patrick, Peter, Lucie and Luke. Great-grandfather of Kate, Julia, Matt, Berlynn and Dominick. Dear brother of Dorothy (the late Preston) Pingel and the late Bobby. Also many nieces and nephews. Funeral Monday 10:30 am from RICHARD J MODELL FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 12641 W. 143rd St., Homer Glen to St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Mass 11:30 am. Entombment Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Visitation Sunday 3 pm to 9 pm.
