Josefine Nagy, 89, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away on September 5th, 2019. She was born in Ceralije, Yugoslavia to John and Maria Nickl on March 19, 1930, where she spent her early childhood. During World War II, her family moved to Sharding, Austria. This is where she married Anton Nagy on November 19, 1949. Together with their daughter, Josefine and Anton immigrated to Chicago, Illinois in May of 1955. Josefine worked many places including Fannie May Candies, Dove Candies, and over 25 years at Cracker Jack. After retiring, we had the privilege of having her move to Woodstock, Georgia to be closer to family. She loved to bake cookies and tell jokes. She was always kind and giving to others. She is preceded in death by her husband, Anton and her son, Johnny. She is survived by her daughter Helen with her husband Edward. Grandchildren Susan with her husband Robert, John, Karen, Lisa, and Steven. Also, her great-grandchildren Robert and Tyler.
