Beatrice Lopez Jimenez, of Chicago Ridge, age 86. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 9, 2023 surrounded at home by her family. She was born on April 25, 1937 in Cotulla, Texas to the late Luis Jimenez and to the late Ramona Tijerina. Beatrice worked at Inx International retiring after 30 plus years. Beatrice was a kind and very generous person, most of all Beatrice loved spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Adored mother of Gloria Marie (Jose) Melecio; loving grandmother of Joseph Cruz Melecio, Miguel Santos Melecio, Vanessa Roxanne Melecio, Priscilla Gloria Melecio, and the late Yanessa Ruby Melecio, her beloved pet Milo Rico Suave; cherished sister of David Jimenez, Step siblings Carmen Perez, Bobby Lozano, Linda Ballez, the late Mary (the late Frank) Rea, the late Joe (the late Alice) Jimenez, the late Maria Jimenez, the late John Jimenez. Visitation Services will be held on Friday, December 15 from 3-8 p.m. at G. Martinez Funeral Home, 5725 S. Pulaski Rd.
